Gruenfelden Farms sits in a perfect location in the small town of Burton. From the front of the property, you are less than 15 mins to the front door of Royers in Round Top and less than 15 mins back to Hwy 290 in Brenham, the perfect location to be fully in the country without sacrificing proximity to convienences. Whether you just need to pick up milk and eggs or are looking for a night on the town with top-tier dining options, both are well within the reach of your new country property Tracts 10 & 11 offer much of that rolling, lush green pasture for which the development is named as well as a few scattered trees. With a magnificent build site sitting at around 360 feet of elevation, the miles long, western facing views are spectacular. Sunsets off your brand new back porch would be breathtaking here! There is a little over 40 feet of elevation change across the 20 acres, which is just a great size to maintain an ag exemption and keep your taxes low! Owners are licensed agents
