Love, love, love the location. There are very few places you find a residential lot with a Gulf view where people walk, ride bikes, and surf like Beach Dr. You will look out over the waves and see the ships coming in and to the right, the jetties. To the left you will see the A-frames that have been there since the 60s and even past there. On clear days, I think I could see Treasure Island. Call for information.
