Equipped kitchen including a full suite of full-sized appliances, living/dining areas on 1st floor. Bedroom, full bath, walk-in closet, and laundry on the 2nd floor (to which there is not a door). From silverware to linens, furniture to electronics – everything is included. Electricity capped at $90. Should electricity exceed this – renter to be provided with the statement and reimburse with following month’s rent payment. Sorry – complex does not allow public housing or vouchers. There are two (2) 1-time fees to be paid with the 2nd month’s rent – $45 fee that we are required to pay to the complex, and $125 move-out cleaning fee.
