La Brisa has been managed intelligently for cattle, white-tail, and quail continuously since the 70’s. The front gate on FM 490 is 18 minutes to the new Starbucks and Chick-fil-A in Rio Grande City. 60 miles of boundary high fence and internal low fence break the ranch into several pastures to manage for wildlife and move and work cattle. Water is there. Multiple water wells and over 3 dozen drought proof troughs and ponds are supplied year round. The ranch has graded caliche main roads as well as miles and miles of ranch roads and quail lanes totaling well north of 100 miles in total. Headquarters sits 3 and a half miles in the middle of the ranch and has everything you need with 3 houses and 30, 000 SF of barns and quality pipe working pens.
