The house needs alot of work and is filled with a ton of furniture and personal items. (That will be removed). This house needs the love of an investor. The house requires a complete update. The roof received partial repairs after Hurricane Harvey and should be in good condition. Additionally, the patio was replaced post-Harvey and remains in excellent shape.
